The HR consultancy firm Intenco was founded in 2010 and has been led by two partners, Helen Borg and Anette Lidman, since 2015. Today, we support our clients across Sweden, offering expertise across the entire HR spectrum.

Our Way of Working
- We bring our long and broad experience in HR into every new assignment. At the same time, we know that each client’s needs are unique, which is why we adapt and tailor our solution for each assignment. Our goal is to deliver the best and most effective solution for each specific client.

- Every dialogue with a new client begins with a conversation, free of charge, where we aim to understand the current situation and needs. Here, you as a client have the opportunity to describe your situation and what support and assistance you need. After this conversation, you are matched with the consultant who best meets the need we have discussed.
- During the course of the assignment, we maintain an ongoing dialogue, and after the assignment is completed, we evaluate the results together and discuss possible next steps.
