Our coaches have extensive experience in both individual coaching and leadership themselves. Our professional coaching programs are always tailored to the individual and the organization and typically run over a six-month period. You’ll meet with your personal coach regularly to reflect on your current situation, identify development needs, and set future goals. All our coaches are trained in accordance with ICF standards (International Coaching Federation).
