Do you want to manage your HR recruitment yourself?

Sometimes our clients prefer to own the recruitment process themselves. In those cases, we can step in and support specific parts of the process, for example by:

  • Acting as a sounding board when defining the role and requirements profile
  • Supporting you in the selection process or providing an objective assessment of your final candidate choice
  • Helping ensure that candidates have a positive experience throughout the process – which is incredibly important for your employer brand!

Second opinion

We often support our clients with a second opinion when they want an extra set of eyes on their final candidates.

In these cases, we use a combination of skills and personality assessments, along with a competency-based interview, to help validate and strengthen the candidate selection.
